1. Delivery Timelines & Coverage

  • Inside Dhaka: Deliveries are typically processed and completed within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Outside Dhaka: Deliveries to major districts and sub-districts across the country take approximately 3 to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Inside Dhaka City: Flat rate of ৳60.

  • Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of ৳120 (or ৳150 depending on your weight constraints).

  • Note: Promotional offers or order thresholds for free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide for your convenience.

  • For orders placed outside of Dhaka, our customer support team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify your delivery address before dispatching the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our inventory. However, if your order encounters a rare transit mishap or packaging error, we are here to correct it immediately.

1. Conditions for an Eligible Return

To qualify for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following baseline structural criteria:

  • The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original retail packaging.

  • All product seals, barcodes, price tags, and protective wraps must remain completely intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your package.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

  • The item arrived damaged or broken during transit.

  • The product received is defective or completely different from what you ordered.

  • The product has passed its expiration date upon arrival.

⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video Protocol:

To protect against logistical errors and fraudulent claims, we strictly require a complete, unedited unboxing video starting from the moment you cut open the original delivery courier bag showing the shipping label, down to inspecting the product seal. Without a continuous unboxing video, return or refund requests for missing or damaged items cannot be processed.

Refund Policy

Once your return package is safely received at our central hub and undergoes a successful quality inspection, we will initialize your refund protocol.

1. Refund Processing Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment account within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Refund Channels

We issue local financial repayments cleanly via your preferred channel:

  • Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

  • Bank Transfer: Directly to your local Bangladeshi debit/credit card account.

3. Shipping Fee Allocations

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, SS Valley will absorb all secondary courier returning and replacement expenses.

  • If a delivery is rejected or cancelled by the buyer after it has been dispatched from our warehouse, the baseline shipping fee is non-refundable.
